6 reasons why Myanmar football team failed

6 reasons why Myanmar football team failed

  1.  Disappearance of football stadiums in downtown Myanmar
 2.  Union Shield and State Football Match suspended at Aung San Stadium in Rangoon.
  3.  No student sports competitions.
  4.  Multi-ministerial (first division) football match in Yangon has been suspended.
  5. Football players are playing football while working due to the country's economic downturn.  The details of each section will be further explained.

Point 1: The disappearance of football stadiums in downtown Myanmar is most prevalent in small townships.
Football stadiums have been rebuilt in remote areas of the city, some of which are only field level.  In the past, township football teams (youth football teams) were formed in small townships and practiced on the football fields in the center of the city.  Now no one goes to the hard-to-reach suburban football stadiums.  In the past, for example,  ပေါင်း တည်း၊  ရွှေတောင်၊  နတ် တ လင်း၊  ဇီးကုန်း၊  ကြို့ပင်ကောက်၊  မင်း လှ၊  Letpadan  The Taikkyi townships take turns to play football matches in various townships, and the football players have to play football continuously with the competitions throughout the year.  In Taunggyi, Mandalay, Hinthada and other big cities, club shields were held alternately.  After 1989, there were no regular football matches in other cities.
Bago Division  In other divisions and states in Shan State, one or two people from the townships were selected to participate in the divisional and state football matches just before the football match.
Second, another major reason is that regional and state football matches are being held in Pathein, Mandalay and Mandalay.  It was held in Magway and other townships.  Lack of media coverage;  The football match was played only with the members of both teams and the referees.  Newspapers do not say who scored the winning goal, only the winning number.  Football fans in Myanmar are no longer interested in these divisional and state freestyle football matches.
Football matches have now been rescheduled in Nay Pyi Taw, but there has been very little fan support.
The reason why we want state and divisional football matches to be held at Aung San Stadium in Yangon
 1.  Yangon is the multi-ethnic and multi-ethnic football capital of Myanmar.  Footballers also want to play enthusiastically in front of the fans
 2.  Aung San Stadium is easily accessible.
 3.  It is a city with a rich media.  The journals will feature the best players, which will increase the morale of the contestants.
 4.  There are ethnic social organizations in Rangoon that support their local teams and it is convenient for football fans from rural areas to come to Rangoon to support their team.
 5. Direct selection of the best players from previous divisional and state competitions as Myanmar national team.  Recruitment by Yangon First Division Ministry Associations
 6.  Now there are not many good football players who have to work for two months to earn a living for the divisional and state football matches. After the divisional and state football matches, there is no hope for the football players.
Due to the above reasons, it is recommended to hold the Division and State football matches at Aung San Stadium in Yangon.

It is gratifying that so many futsal stadiums are now popping up in every township in Myanmar.  However, due to the private stadiums, the football players have to pay 15,000 and 15,000 kyats per hour.  Public futsal courts should be identified.  Thus, we want to see salaried futsal clubs in the cities.

The point I want to make is that footballers' number one focus is on football, so how can they organize their careers?  (2) In the past, no matter how high the standard divisions and state football matches were held in Yangon, they were selected as divisional stars and two to five were selected for the Myanmar national team.  Five Outstanding Footballers from the 1980 Division and State Championships (1) Shwe Baw Lun Tin Khin Maung Lwin Lay (Shan) Soe Moe Kyaw (Kachin) Thet Tin (Yangon Division) were directly selected for the Myanmar national team and went to Indonesia Marahalin (Midan) to win the first gold medal.

MNL - 1st and 2nd match 18 years;  It would be good to host 19 years and 21 years of war.  The problem, however, is that the MNL does not recruit players over the age of 21.  When not recruited by other teams, the 21-year-old players are unemployed and in dire straits.  In club competitions;  They are no longer allowed to participate in regional and state competitions.  These players, between the ages of 21 and 30, are out of the world of football and out of the world of football.  In fact, the best time to play football is around 25 and 27 years old.  These sports include many players of the Myanmar national team level.  That is why I have to submit it so that the multi-ministerial competition can be held again in Yangon.  If you have any other good ideas, the Football Association should make a plan for them

In previous years, student sports events were completely suspended.  It is well known that the Myanmar national football team has appeared in student sports competitions.  I am very happy to see that student sports are being resumed now.  However, some parents focus on getting their children to pass exams and attend school and attend tutoring classes.  The focus is on studying at home and playing football is only allowed until the 10th grade.  Football is the best time to teach football between the ages of 12 and 16. More regional and state youth tournaments will be held at Aung San Stadium in Yangon.  If the Ministry of Education gives students the opportunity to excel in sports, both parents and students will strive to excel in sports.
In the past, students and youths used to participate in regional and state competitions.  Students from 4th to 10th grade go to school in the morning and go to tuition at 8 pm.  There is no time to go home and play football after 9 o'clock.  In my opinion, it would be good for the Ministry of Education to set aside 4 to 5 and a half hours after school as sports or football time and bring in coaches from outside townships.
